Mr. Hausman assists in the operation and quality control aspects of the Nashville office. Additionally, he presently serves as a Vic-President of the corporation. Mr. Hausman has been involved in a wide variety of projects ranging from commercial, multi-residential, entertainment, equestrian, and industrial to multi-story-parking garage projects. Representative work includes a mixed-use development for Vanderbilt University, department stores for Elder-Beerman Store Corporation, amphitheaters for Gaylord Entertainment including the Grand Ole Opry Museum, the Geo Celebrity Theater and the Theater by the Lake. Recent projects include a 2,500 car parking structure for Vanderbilt University Medical Center, a 4,100 seat equestrian arena for Williamson County, and 55,000 square foot Elder-Beerman Department stores in Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
