Bullock Smith & Partners Inc. has completed a number of projects for Elder-Beerman during the last 7 years. Projects have included 11 stores in 5 states ranging in size from 50,000 square feet to 130,000 square feet. Currently, we are involved with new stores in Wisconsin and Pennsylvania and the renovation of stores in Michigan and Ohio.
