Southeastern Kentucky Agricultural & Exposition Center

This 130,000 square foot arena sits atop a mountain overlooking I- 75 exit to U.S. 25W in Corbin, Kentucky. It will seat 4,800 in fixed seating and an additional 2,500 in temporary seats on the arena floor.

 

 

Min Kao Electrical Engineering & Computer Science Building

This 150,000 square foot building in Knoxville, Tennessee, named for a generous alumnus has entrances on the first and fourth of its six floors, linked by a dramatic atrium connector. It will house labs, classrooms and offices.

 

 

 

Sevierville Events Center

Located at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains, the events center features a 100,000 square foot exhibit hall, a 20,000 square foot ballroom and meeting rooms totaling 2,000 square feet.

Belle Island Village

Pigeon Forge's most exciting $114 million 26-acre themed retail, hospitality and entertainment venues. It will also feature the Darrell Waltrip Racing Experience and the Debbie Reynolds Hollywood Motion Picture Museum. A Fall 2008 opening is planned.

 

Fossil Site Visitors Center

The Fossil Site Visitors Center will be a new 50,000 SF museum approximately 100 miles northeast of Knoxville.  The five acre site has a substantial amount of fossil material determined to be at least 4.5 million years old.  Excavations at the site are ongoing.
