KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE - The grand opening ceremony for the UT Women's Softball stadium took place on April 12, 2008. Designed by BSP to recall historic ballfields of the past while meeting or exceeding the most current design standards for players and fans, the 1,581 seat stadium features a generous landscaped concourse, media rooms and platforms, box seats and V.I.P. facilities. The complex also includes a comprehensively equipped team building and adjoining covered batting cages.
