KNOXVILLE, TENNESSEE - Bullock Smith & Partners Inc., headquartered in downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, has been awarded a contract to design a Master Plan for the Arkansas State Fair.

Jim Pledger, Manager of the Fair, says Bullock Smith & Partners was the logical choice for the project.
