Bullock, Smith & Partners, Inc.
Knoxville, Tennessee
Mr. Hayes was Project Manager on the Tennessee Valley Authority
Hydro Master Plan; University of Tennessee Indoor Tennis Complex, Knoxville,
TN; and a number of office projects such as the Rohm and Haas Tennessee
Corporate Offices and the Weston at Cherokee Office Building, Knoxville,
TN. He has also served as Project Manager for the AmeriSuite Hotel franchise
and the Heartlander Hotel and Music Road Hotel in Pigeon Forge, TN. His
theater projects include the Louise Mandrell Theater, the Lee Greenwood
Theater and Glasgow Comedy Theater.

Project Architect for the Cooper Hotel Company of Memphis, TN,
on additions and renovations to existing hotels in the Cooper chain which
include Holiday Inns, Ramada, and Hilton Hotels. He was the Architect
for the new "Garden Plaza" franchise with hotels in Johnson City, Nashville,
Murfreesboro, Memphis, and Oak Ridge, TN.

Team member on a number of educational projects including the
Farragut Intermediate and Middle School which was the TEA 1985 School
of the Year. He was Project Architect on several condominium projects.

the West End Baptist Church in Nashville, TN.
