Located in northwest Knoxville, Bullock Smith & Partners’ first phase of improvements features a new “great field” sized for multiple play fields to be lined off as needed, as well as concessions facilities, pavilions, and restrooms. The revised master plan also provides a fitness trail and walking paths which incorporate the park’s existing pond and new lake.
