American Red Cross Chapter House
Knoxville, Tennessee

The award-winning suburban facility provides space organized along a central skylight spine for a variety of educational, service and administrative functions. A portal between the public and administrative areas of the building is formed by cast stone columns and pediment salvaged from the former downtown structure form. The interior portal was preserved from the client's original headquarters. The building was designed to facilitate expansion which has occured since the original construction of the building.
