Long-Range Master Plan
University of Tennessee, Knoxville Units
Knoxville, Tennessee

Our long-range planning work at UT-Knoxville began in 1994 and resumed in 2000. The plan addresses phasing, design guidelines, renovations, additions, transportation, campus layout, and open space. The development of code compliance, cost estimates, and user enhancements to 25 renovated buildings, including historic Ayres and Morgan Halls, are a part of this study, as well as the development of public spaces.
